What is your return policy? Any electronic components or used parts are non-returnable. All other parts/accessories have a 90 day refund policy when accompanied with a copy of the original invoice. Freight is non-refundable and refunds will only be issued for the purchase price of the part/accessory.
Does the packaging material have to be the same in which it was shipped?The item does not need to be in the original packaging, but must be packed securely. A refund will not be given on any damaged return of a new part. Any return that has a damaged part will be returned to the customer or held here for inspection.
Must I call for a return authorization?
Yes, please call 800-858-5844 for a return authorization number.
Should I include a copy of the invoice or receipt?Yes, a copy of the invoice or receipt must be included in the return package.
Who do I call if damage occurs during shipment to me?Please call us at 800-858-5844 for futher instruction if your parts shipment arrives damaged.

How long does it take to receive our items?Standard shipping averages 7-10 days from the date of the order.

Is there a warranty on parts?There is no warranty on electrical parts. Other parts carry a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase. Customer must supply proof of purchase from Peerless Premier.
